Zims Care Services is a passionate and professional team with experience in disability, mental health, and aged care. Our staff come from diverse backgrounds and are skilled in social work, counselling, mental health, and case management.
We empower people with disabilities to live independently, build strong relationships, and make their own decisions. We also support families and carers by providing high-quality, person-centred care.
We are registered with the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW) and committed to ongoing training and service reviews to ensure exceptional care.
